Orders for timepieces purchased from Citizen Watch Company of America, Inc. (“Citizen”) will not be accepted for resale or other commercial use, and may only be shipped for delivery within the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship internationally.
All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.

Citizen will only accept credit or debit cards issued in the United States. Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed and your credit card will be charged. All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged as required by applicable laws. All taxes are calculated and included in the final price on the Order Review Page.
Shipping and Delivery
All Citizen Timepieces will ship via UPS Ground service. We are unable to ship to U.S. Post Office Box , APO or FPO addresses. Citizen does not charge for Ground shipping. If you wish to expedite your order, the following charges will apply:
- Two-Day shipping: $15.00
- Overnight shipping: $25.00
All orders, including expedited orders, will be shipped from our facility within 2 business days. UPS Ground transit times vary by state. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. Orders placed on an official holiday will begin processing the following business day.
As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your watch, please retain all packaging and documentation and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call to speak to a Customer Relations Representative at 888-537-1233 from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com – or call us toll free at 888-537-1233 from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.
Citizen Watch Online Return Policy
Citizen offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Returns can only be accepted for products purchased through the Citizen Online Store and a Return Authorization is required for all returns/exchanges. You may obtain a Return Authorization by visiting your account at http://shop-us.citizenwatch.com/account/, or by contacting Customer Relations at 888-537-1233 from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Credits cannot be issued until the merchandise being returned or exchanged is received. Citizen will not accept the return of any watch which is not in pristine condition ( e.g. unworn, no scratches, in the original packaging, original tickets, with the warranty and instruction booklet ). Watch must be returned with any links removed when sized at Citizen Watch Company, or “gift with purchase item.” In the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may be applied.

Extended One Year Warranty
Your Citizen Direct online purchase is eligible for a one-year extension to our regular five-year warranty if you register your product with us. After you receive your watch, be sure to visit http://www.citizenwatch.com/en-us/watch-registration/ to register your timepiece. During the registration of your watch, you will need to enter your name, purchase order number, model purchased and the serial number. The terms and conditions of your additional warranty follow that of our 5 year warranty.
