Citizen actually went above and beyond. I ordered the wrong size (my fault) but they had included some extra links so when it didn't fit we just had to add the links. Super easy and saved the day!!! Thank You!

I love my new Citizen watch!! It is so beautiful . Everyone exclaims how lovely it is. Keeps timing wonderfully and looks so expensive. It is the 2nd one I have had, the first lasted more than 20 years. It was purchased on board ship to Alaska by now deceased husband in the early 2000's.
The watch got delivered today and it is so pretty! The gold tone looks best than the picture. I am in love with this watch!

This is a beautiful timepiece for the workplace or nightime atmosphere. The numbers and hands are very easily seen, so it's a must have for any workplace, and also very lovely for evenings out--very versatile. I love this watch, and I wear it almost everywhere. I need a second hand at work, and this watch is loud and clear in its display for when I need to see it from a short distance. Oh, and by-the-way, the diamonds around the face dress it up beautifully! I greatly recommend this one if you like elegance and efficiency combined.
I have been looking for a gold/yellow watch for some time that wasn't to over the top. This one was perfect and looks so classy. I love Citizen watches, this is my 3rd one. I have already gotten so many compliments on it.
