I was in search of a quality but affordable watch that I could have for many years. Had to be durable and waterproof enough for light swimming and worry-free for getting wet. Also had to look great with business and casual attire, and I prefer a rubber (urethane) wristband. I previously owned and gravitated to the "sports" watches (Nike), but couldn't find ones now that didn't look childish/goofy, and I don't want a 'smart' watch. I had heard of Citizens but never owned one. I found this watch on sale and am 150% satisfied with it. It is everything I wanted...I wear it everyday to work, weekends, everywhere. It's got a timeless, classic, classy, masculine look. It's got a great mix of brushed and polished finish. Not gaudy, but not generic looking either. Extremely comfortable, functional and looks as good after a year of wear as it did from day one. It's perfect size, not too large or heavy--- fits me perfectly. Bonus is the fact that I won'y need to replace batteries. If/when this one wears out, I will definitely purchase again, if still available.

Recently purchased this watch and the look and feel of it are superb. My second Citizen Eco Drive, its hard to imagine going with anything else except my Luminox. It really does feel like a far more expensive watch. The strap is a bit long and the clasp digs into my wrist so getting s different one. If you’re on the fence about this watch, just do it, you won’t be disappointed.
I purchased this watch for a keepsake for my son. This watch is sleek, being modern when wearing it casual or dressy. Love the total look and feel of the band. Excellent purchase!
Bought on a cruise ship, used it in Bora Bora, the Caribbean for snorkeling.
Received this watch as a Christmas present after dropping serveral hints,just what I I needed to get back into the water. Nice band,not to heavy good looking,goes with a business suit or a wet suit.
