The watch itself is great but the band is probably the worst design of a watch band I have ever owned.
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the watch and the company’s unwillingness to stand behind its product. The watch stopped working within four months, and instead of investigating the issue or addressing potential quality concerns, Citizen would not even offer a shipping label (likely costing around $10) to have the watch inspected. While I could purchase another watch or pay for shipping myself, I expected a company as reputable as Citizen to provide better service. I suspect the issue lies with the lithium battery. I would not recommend buying a citizen watch due to lack of their support in the US and the hassle of mailing it back and forth. If something does not work, then you are stuck.
