The watch is awesome, I have gotten several comments on its looks. The only disappointing thing is the clasp tends to pinch my wrist at times. This watch is a must purchase for the price.
Great watch. Strap not so great. The release button digs in to my wrist when strap is tight enough to keep it from rotating. Also abit short on strap length for me.
This is my third citizen watch I have purchased and I don’t think I can wear any other brand. I must admit, I’m impulsive for buying three watches in roughly two months. I love the atomic time keeping feature, the eco drive and the perpetual calendar. I travel overseas a lot and to different parts of the country so all these features are useful as I can smoothly change to different time zones. Unfortunately with this watch, I was very disappointed with the deployment clasp that is being used because it’s extremely uncomfortable. It’s uncomfortable to a point the watch can’t be an everyday wear. I intend to replace the original strap with another one.
I really like the look of the watch, its been working really well, but the watch band just kinda sucks, the metal part of the clasp just digs into my wrist and I can not get it to be comfortable
Like the the watch itself. My 4th Citizen, but can't stand the clasping system used on the strap. Can't wear it more than 15 min. before my wrist is irritated from the clasps. Never had that issue before.
the watch is great. It's not recommended to pull the crown while it's on your wrist, so you're better take it off if you wants to use the mode chrono. The watch band is a failure: it's 1cm thick, even if you let the leather softning, you'll stay with an unplesant feeling.
I bought this watch at the Hudson’s Bay Company about 8 days ago, and the clock face is now winding back and forth, and refusing to tell proper time. The second hand is stuck at 0 seconds and now the minute and hour hands do not work. It says in the product manual that a fully charged eco-drive watch should last 6 months or longer when charged under sunlight for half a day. I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this. I would love to hear from Citizen directly about this issue and receive a refund.

Great watch. The band or strap is terrible. The intent of quick release on a typical leather strap is noble. Unfortunately the implementation is a disaster. The metal quick release maintains constant pressure on the inside of your wrist and digs into the soft tissue next to your veins. Contacted Citizen and requested a replacement strap. Disappointing response no replacement or solution provided. I own 20 Citizen watches and this strap is not representative of typical Citizen quality. Very disappointed that Citizen would not provide a simple leather strap as a replacement. Citizen claim was they had none??
Too complicated to setup and the buckle is hard too do as well plan on returning it.
