sell you a watch but no links available to size

Im so disappointed with citizen watches. i have tried to but the Citizen Tank. I own 3 very good watches of theirs and was trying to buy another. i just had an email telling me they cannot size it as there is no links available. Who sells a watch without being able to adjust it for the customer???? If you cannot size the watch correctly then you shouldn't be selling the watch in the first place. make it unavailable!!! not hard to do. (:

However, in some instances, additional links may not be available when an order is placed but can be ordered free of charge. Depending on what’s in stock in our warehouse, it may take time for the order to be processed and delivered.
