Precision Timekeeping in a Handsome Package

I bought this watch 5 years ago when I was able to stack up a bunch of savings and pay less than half the normal cost. I had been following this watch for a year or so before as it looked very nice and due to the atomic timekeeping and the perpetual day/date. At that time I owned a non Eco-Drive Citizen I had owned for a few years and was looking forward to not needing a battery every few years. I love this watch and wear it daily!

5 years and still running great

Bought this watch 5 years ago and it still functions flawlessly. I was a little disappointed when the gold color wore off some of the links by the clasp. Sadly this is bound to happen if you wear it every day. Other than that, there isn't much to not like about this watch. Rest of the watch still looks great. It is very solid and well built. Looks great on my wrist with my gold wedding band. Beautiful dial that is easy to read, Sapphire crystal that still looks great, atomic time keeping with a perpetual calendar that is good through thru 2099, never needs a battery, 20 bar water resistance. I own about 10 other watches and this is the watch I set all of my other quartz and mechanical watches by. It is the ultimate set and forget timepiece.

great quality and just the right degree of flashy

Great watch for the price! I want a watch that is noticeable but to too flashy. this watch definitely does that for me.
