I wanted a watch that keeps good time. I was told that this watch uses the atomic clock and resets every day. What they didn't tell me is that it doesn't work on the east coast! Not happy at all. The date is VERY hard to see as it is a tiny window and the same color as the face. The chronograph is not like a regular one. It only does seconds and minutes and only up to an hour. your regular watch can do that. I thought that the alarm feature was nice until I used it to wake me up when my lunch break was over. It's too low of a volume and it shuts itself off after very few beeps
I've owned my PCAT for about a year now... The design and quality is outstanding. You can't go wrong with a watch that includes a sapphire crystal, Eco-drive power and atomic time keeping, just to name a few... I've received dozens of compliments from family and friends as well as random people. Excellent watch I would absolutely recommend.
Great looking watch. If I was to nitpick, I would have liked the hour & min arms to stand out more from the background as it can look crowded at first glance. I also do not like the weird greenish color that the edges of the hour & min are have. It's not visible on the stock picture. the website stock photo also distorts the actual color - the watch is a cool steel gray, very nice look.
So pleased with my 2nd purchase from Citizen Watch Co. The PCAT is phenomenal. Looks great, feels great, functions great. Its a quality product, built well, and solid. The same with my blue dial Calendrier. Im generally rough on watches because of my hobby of fixing automobiles. I've broken a Movado and a high end Philippe Patek by just bumping them against something. My Citizens have taken direct hits from hand tools, equipment, etc. They still work perfectly with a couple minor scratches. I'm going to by the Marvel series for my 3 boys as an incentive for doing well in school. Lastly, the Citizen packaging is really great. I feel like a kid on Christmas when Fedex shows up with my new watch.
