CANNOT PROGRAM THE WATCH

first, i cannot even fully charge the watch under sunlight, it will not go to 4 bars, customer service said it needs to be fully charged first before i can program it

Band fell apart; poorly made. $63 + 11 s/h for a new one. I expect more from Citizen.

Not up to the mark

There was a visible yellow spot on the dial. It seems quality control is terrible.
