Was on my wish list for over a year...then came Black Friday. Perfect size, thickness, weight. Looks more luxurious than the Breitling Navitimer and not as bulky. My new go to watch (not an Apple watch fan, too distracting, and have a Garmin for health). Had a hard time figuring out the correct time (city time zone) but haven't been able to connect to the radio tower yet (not outside enough?).
Beautiful watch! The complexity of the watch brings a bit elegance to it. The dials have nice circular ridges to them, that makes them stand out from the rest of the face. The leather band is a bit stiff on the ends where the watch is. But after a while the strap forms to your wrist, and it's very comfortable. It took a while to realize that the time zone acronyms are airport codes since it is a pilots watch. I did get an aftermarket strap to preserve the original, and keep in mind that the pin is curved, so it took some effort to fit a normal strap with a straight pin. I do recommend resetting to zero just to see how it's done. The watch adjusts itself, so it's very low maintenance. The slide rule is turned by the knob on the left. It has enough grip to turn it with one finger. I highly recommend this watch for people who like pilot watches.

I bought it few months ago, after wearing it for only a few times the bracelet broke, the watch itself is really nice and looks excellent, but the quality is just not good for the price.
Got this watch in late 2017 and still get compliments up to this day. Just now replacing the bands after 5 years...
This is a beautiful watch! I love that I do not have to wind it or worry about batteries…EVER! The design of the leather band really compliments the watch. However, I do wish it was the exact same design but made of a more durable and sporty rubber material that would allow me to wear the watch freely in sweaty or rainy conditions.
I have been a fan of the U.S. Navy's Blue Angels flight demonstration squadron ever since the mid-1950s when my Dad started taking me to their air shows. It is an honor to wear a watch dedicated to them, stamped on the back of the case with their official seal and displaying their blue and yellow color scheme. Although not an inexpensive watch, I purchased mine on board a cruise ship at a substantial discount off the list price. Aesthetically, I frankly prefer the wristband to the more expensive metal bracelet model. The watch is perfectly accurate to the second thanks to a radio signal it receives daily at 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM. Even on those rare occasions when it does not receive the signal, the watch is still extremely accurate. Powered by ordinary light, the watch never needs a battery. The sapphire crystal is virtually scratch-proof and there's even a thoroughly impractical slide rule on the bezel it would take an aeronautical engineer to operate. Although it took some doing to program, now my watch never needs adjustment. It converts from standard time to daylight savings time automatically. I'm still holding out the hope that at one of their air shows the Blues will see me wearing “their” watch and offer me a ride in one of their two, two-seat, supersonic F/A-18 Super Hornets so we can punch a hole in the sky together. :-)
This thing is almost perfect. The size is just right, it’s super easy to use once you initially get it set (which really isn’t very hard), and it’s gorgeous. I love the shade of blue, and the yellow accents. The leather strap is beautiful, however I wish the inside of the strap was the same soft leather as the outside. It seems to be some kind of vinyl or something, it’s pretty stiff and looks like it won’t hold up as well as the leather. That being said, it’s still very comfortable.

WOW!!!!! I bought this amazing-looking timepiece after watching a review on youtube. 5 limited pieces sold and shipped by Amazon. Man, I felt lucky that day. Citizen Watch company...I raise my glass to you.
I have waited a few years to be able to get this watch, I saw pictures of it and have wanted it ever since. Well Citizen you have NOT let me down. This is by far the best watch I have ever had. From design to quality, it's top notch. Thank you and I'll see you soon for another watch!!

Being a resident of the U.K. I have always admired the Citizen Red Arrows eco drive watch. So taking advantage of price differences between the U.K. and the USA whilst on holiday in Orlando I paid a visit to the Citizen retail outlet off international drive. This was the watch that really caught my attention. The sheer style and elegance felt just right on my wrist. It has so many functions that baffle me, but there again I don’t need to use most of them. This autocorrect function at midnight keeps the time spot on, I don’t have to worry about changing the battery and as we travel quite a lot, the time zones are easy to update. The only negative I have is that I could not find a comfortable fit on my wrist with the steel wristband. I ended up having to have a stylish blue rubber strap fitted. Citizen, listen to your customer suggestions, supply a half size link. I have noted many complaints about this.

Got this 2 years ago at Christmas. Amazing looking watch. Looks even better than it does in the pictures. I can’t wear the watch every day because of my job and because I’m getting skin rashes from metal. So I got this one basically for weekends. When I first noticed the battery won’t last from one weekend to the next even though it was full I sent the watch in for service, maybe get a new battery, idk. I got it back untouched with note that I didn’t do a proper reset on it. Took the book, did the reset, same thing. So I gave up. I was gonna manually set the watch when I was gonna use it. All together maybe had the watch on my wrist for about 50days in the past 2 years. Back of the leather band cracked after 5 or 6 times on hand. The watch was never in contact with water. Setting it up manually requires the manual all the time. I live in Toronto, so if set up time zone being NYC is showing The time being 5 hours earlier. I love the appearance of the watch, everything else is just painful.
bought this a month ago, and enjoying it more each day. At first I wanted to buy a metal bracelet for it, which will not fit, but the leather band has softened and is very comfortable
Band fell apart; poorly made. $63 + 11 s/h for a new one. I expect more from Citizen.
There was a visible yellow spot on the dial. It seems quality control is terrible.
