I have waited a few years to be able to get this watch, I saw pictures of it and have wanted it ever since. Well Citizen you have NOT let me down. This is by far the best watch I have ever had. From design to quality, it's top notch. Thank you and I'll see you soon for another watch!!

After about 2 years time, I had to send to Citizen's warranty factory repair facility in CA, February 2020. From the time I returned the watch and received back, it was 10 days. I advise you to keep the original receipt and have registered via Citizen's website. It saves any questioning with enclosed paperwork, with the warranty shipment. Citizen is the BEST. My original review was 2+ years ago.
