I did have this one for 5 years end start have with charging problem battery always low I cannot change time. End i send for repair around 1 month ago but citizen is sucks asking $430 for repair just look how much is new one very disappointed the girl in the place I bought. She's tell me, its should be around a 150 bucks to fix it. When is she ser the me price? She was shocked. She's tell me way too expensive. ☆ for costumer service ☆☆☆☆☆ for watch ⌚️ 👌

Complexity in setting the watch up

Very frustrating and time taking the setting procedure is. Very complex and full of irrelevant functions. Try to improve. Review comes from a loyal fan :)

Great Watch - Poor Setting Execution.

Great looking watch, but overly complicated setting and instruction manual. Even with the "zeroing" procedure, cannot get the correct date even with the radio syncing for the date. Why even require the date setting with the radio syncing?

Love this watch except

Purchased this watch several months ago and love it except I'm disappointed with it. Almost once a week I have to manually reset it, the time just doesn't keep up. The reset process is not easy. I went to a watch repair center to have the band adjusted and asked for his help only to be told he never figured it out. I tried several online sources and did find one that I could follow. Don't know the issue. A few functions either do not work or I cannot figure how they work. The slide rule function, the bezel should rotate but it does not. Overall I like the watch but wish it performed like it should.

Dissapointed

I have had my watch for just over five years. I like it very much and wear it daily. It recently stopped working and the repair cost is about 75% of replacement cost. I guess I should have opted for the additional warranty. I’m not sure if it’s worth repairing.

To complicated

i bought this watch in 2014 it worked great but without explanation it stopped working, you need to go to an expert to set the watch . The watch is just to complicated , yes it is cool until it stops working.

Beautiful, but ….

There is a lot of activity on the face but most of it is filler and I would seldom use it. I don’t want to dis the watch because I love Citizen watches, especially the atomic timepieces but this one just isn’t for me.
