Counterfeit Watch

The watch I was sent and paid almost $600 dollars for is a fake counterfeit piece of junk.i constructed customer service after several days of bscland forth i was told it Eliot be looked into by a supervisor i assume. Was told hive them 24-48 hours i sent pictures as well as 3 citizen watch certified dealers also said it a cheap Chinese knockoff . 2 weeks have past and no one will respond to me. I want a full refund or a full credit or the watch replaced or a full creditor another purchase. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Complexity in setting the watch up

Very frustrating and time taking the setting procedure is. Very complex and full of irrelevant functions. Try to improve. Review comes from a loyal fan :)
