I've had the watch for a year - I wear it when I want to dress nice. If it stays in the box it dies. It's actually quite frustrating - You buy a nice watch and it never works when you need it. 'keep it in sunlight' - I don't store my valuables where the sun can beat down on them. That's stupid. I need a watch that works consistently and reliably.
Although the watch looks and feels nice, be black coating started chipping off within 1 week of light wear. For $500+ this shouldn't be an issue
I bought this watch at the mall and am absolutely thrilled with the looks and comfort. The rotating outer bezel is a poor design. It just freely rotates without clicking. The atomic signal was impossible to catch in the daytime, but it did set itself overnight. The my citizen app would not accept the information I provided leaving me very curious as to the authenticity. I sent an email to citizen about the warranty registration and I received an immediate response saying they would get back with me in a few days. Because it's a citizen, I expected better than that.
I love the watch! Looks great and super functional. It is a lot heavier than my other watches but nothing I didn’t get used to. Only complaint is the buttons are so big and stick out so much they are constantly getting pressed changing the mode. Not a huge problem, just a little annoying.
Almost perfect. It Would be perfect. If the outer bezel does not move freely
Beautiful, strong and all the features I need. Although I'm all the way in Aruba, the watch don't have any trouble to auto-update the time and date at night. I was actually surprised how simple the setup was for such a complicated watch. It's a big watch and people will notice. By adding a click to the rotating bezel would give it a perfect 5 star rating.
Love the size, face, and weight. Love the finish Yeah, would like the click when turning the dial. Numerical font is OK, not great, In my amateur opinion. Input into My Citizen App, no dice, what's up Citizen? Please fix!!!
Beautiful watch but its missing one thing to make it 5 stars, no bezel click, it just turns smoothly. Not only would it be more satisfying to hear the click, but something called the "Navihawk" and having a compass bezel should have a 360° (or 360 clicks) bezel click to demarcate the degrees. Not to mention it just turns buy itself every time it brushes up against something or it under a coat sleeve thus making it hard to navigate with and also unreliable for taking bearings. This is the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars
