Off by 2 minutes- Returning

I love the look of this watch. I love the features it has- I was very excited to get it. When I did, I went through all the instructions to set it correctly, do a manual uplink for the atomic clock or whatever and make sure the hands were set correctly. The watch was still off by 2 minutes. I submitted a ticket. I waited a week (they say they'll get back to you in 1 day) and asked if anyone was going to reply. The sent a form letter basically saying I had to send it back and it would take 3-4 months to either repair or replace. If that's the best they can do for a watch like this, then I'll just send it back- I just returned it today. I hate to give it up, but the lack of customer service scares me. There are a lot of good watch brands.
