Does not live up to citizen quality for every day
Purchase this watch a year and a half ago from a citizen dealer . When I purchase the watch it was over $500.00 !! Which I expected to pay for a quality watch . I discussed with the salesperson that the watch would be for every day us. She assured me the watch face was mineral glass and it would not scratch. The band as for being stainless as the pictures show it hasn’t held up either. Citizen 5 year warranty states they will not cover it so much for a warranty . I’ve had to many watch shops and they won’t work on them because of the mineral glass. The lack of salesperson knowledge as well as citizens warranty has given me very serious doubts about citizens costumers . Very disappointed with it and would not recommend for an everyday use for a blue collared worker!!!!
