Purchase this watch a year and a half ago from a citizen dealer . When I purchase the watch it was over $500.00 !! Which I expected to pay for a quality watch . I discussed with the salesperson that the watch would be for every day us. She assured me the watch face was mineral glass and it would not scratch. The band as for being stainless as the pictures show it hasn’t held up either. Citizen 5 year warranty states they will not cover it so much for a warranty . I’ve had to many watch shops and they won’t work on them because of the mineral glass. The lack of salesperson knowledge as well as citizens warranty has given me very serious doubts about citizens costumers . Very disappointed with it and would not recommend for an everyday use for a blue collared worker!!!!

Perfect for formal occasions or for just plain looking great. No seconds hand, no luminance, unassuming date display, comfortable to wear. I love it!
Stunning watch, only complaint is it catching fingerprints easily. Perfect gift for my boyfriend he LOVES it.
Saw this watch and thought about it for 3 weeks until I purchased it. Not really a watch guy but I had to have this particular one. Goes really nice with dress cloths
Got this watch for the style and the Citizen name. I'm disappointed however because the black finish is wearing off. I've had this thing for maybe 5 months and don't even wear it daily, I have no idea why this would happen. Citizen didn't seem to want to do anything. They said it wasn't part of warranty.
The finish of the band wore off in about 6 weeks. ‘Not covered by warranty’. I work in an office FFS.

This is a 10th Anniversary gift for my Hubby, so I haven't used it. It's very pretty, seems sturdy, but I can't HONESTLY review it. I can update in abt a month tho!
This watch is my very first watch I've ever purchased. I'm new to watch game but I wanted something people would notice. I have not been disappointed!
This watch looks great, I have received numerous compliments about the watch, The only problem I have with this watch is when it comes to the date. I have to manually set the date on the watch when a month has less than 31 days (which is every other month). This threw off one day, but thank goodness for cellphones right. Overall, nice looking watch and a great value.
