I have been collecting Citizen Watches since 2000, in Aruba Little Europe. I have a few Limited Editions too. I have Radio and Satellite Wave models also. The Eco Drive has sold me as No Batteries or Motion to keep them running. This model with the with the Ivory face makes it really stands out. The crystal magnifies the face so it's so easy to read and with the stem and other buttons on top really make it comfortable to wear. The leather band with the clasp with buttons is so easy to adjust to the wearer's comfort. As you can see in the photo it is also the only light face one in my collection which makes it stand out.
So I was expecting the watch face to be the color off-white paper and the same texture, it ended up being more gold in color than what you see in photos, as well as being metallic. That. Being. Said. Jesus this is a gorgeous watch. The chronograph is insanely satisfying to use from a visual and tactile sense. It's definitely a thick watch but it isn't hard to wear. Glad I sprung for this classy color scheme especially due to it being limited edition. Great classy watch to contrast my daily PCAT.
The Tsuno is a re-imagined 70's design with 21 century technology that makes it one of the most compelling watches to own. Putting it simply with the Citizen's Tsuno your getting a watch with solar panels that charges a capacitor that runs both a quartz and mechanical movement, that will keep a charge for 8 months, which is accurate within a few minutes a year, housed in a beautifully designed unique case with a domed sapphire crystal and a leather band that rivals a Coach handbag, that is not only functional but a joy to look at because of the quality of the materials, design and craftsmanship...making this an amazing watch to own.
