Customer service was awesome. I had a few questions and Sylvia F. responded promptly and will clarity.. I was so happy that my Caliber 2100 was even better looking in person than in the pictures on any website. I have several watches and two multi watch display boxes but I keep it in its own beautiful display box with the commemorative Caliber 2100 Limited Addition plates with serial number which is a great touch that I was not expecting.
