Obviously defective piece

It totally stopped working after three days. Setting it in sunlight for three more days did not get it going. It is now in the process of being returned and replaced

Useless and High Maintenance Watch

I received this watch as a Christmas gift. 22 days later, it just stopped working. Salesperson said to place it under a desk lamp for 48 hours! I wore it in the daylight and at work. I am not a vampire. It is useless to me. Sure, it is under warranty, but what a hassle. Now I just have another errand to run by paying for shipping and sending it back to Citizen for a review. I am very disappointed.

When our light-powered Eco-Drive watches are properly charged, they would not stop working this easily and are considered low maintenance since batteries are never needed. However, if your watch was purchased from a retail store through a salesperson, it may not have been adequately charged if left in a display with other watches.
