Beautiful watch. Love the face on the watch; very easy to read both day and night. It seems a little heavy and the band band is a little too big. Overall, a great value.

Obviously defective piece

It totally stopped working after three days. Setting it in sunlight for three more days did not get it going. It is now in the process of being returned and replaced

Great looking watch

Just bought this as my smart watch died on a cruise. Great look and feel. Reminds me a little of my old Omega Seamaster. Not sure I’ll replace the smart watch.

Useless and High Maintenance Watch

I received this watch as a Christmas gift. 22 days later, it just stopped working. Salesperson said to place it under a desk lamp for 48 hours! I wore it in the daylight and at work. I am not a vampire. It is useless to me. Sure, it is under warranty, but what a hassle. Now I just have another errand to run by paying for shipping and sending it back to Citizen for a review. I am very disappointed.

When our light-powered Eco-Drive watches are properly charged, they would not stop working this easily and are considered low maintenance since batteries are never needed. However, if your watch was purchased from a retail store through a salesperson, it may not have been adequately charged if left in a display with other watches. Your watch may also need a simple reset, and you can locate these instructions in the footer of our website. We will contact you through email to find out more and provide further assistance.

Simple and Rugged

I was looking for an easy to read watch earlier this year and found this at a local store. It is a rugged watch, keeps excellent time and is a bit of a throw back to simpler time when all you need is a watch to keep accurate time. The lume is a nice feature. Highly recommended!
