UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

I love the watch, BUT when I received my watch it was defective. The calendar display rotated hourly from one day to the next in sync with the hour hand it appeared. I noticed this immediately after setting the watch to wear for the first time and contacted you via email through your website right after and have yet to receive a response on what to do for my watch. I am hoping this survey reaches someone who cares?!
