Crack within a month of wear

Husband bought this for himself as a Christmas gift, and bumped it lightly against the countertop and cracked the face. I saw this all happen and he truly barely grazed past the counter. Beautiful watch but quality is questionable.

I love this watch. I used the measurement tool so it fits me perfectly. The ticking is almost silent and I am sure I will love it for years to come
