Fit, finish, and function are spot on. My previous eco drive still functions after 15 plus years. I expect this one to do at least as well.
Bought this online. The back panel doesn’t look right to me because it’s different than picture shown.
This watch came with no setting instructions. I didn't know how to change the "DAY" setting from, I think, Spanish to English. Internet setting instructions were also in Spanish. I was going to return it but the sales lady knew how to set it. I love the watch and I did keep it. Perhaps Citizen should include setting instruction.
I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas. He specifically wanted a gunmetal gray watch and, after hours of scrolling all the brands, this one seemed perfect. When I received it, the lid of the Citizen box was scuffed and dirty. Upon inspecting the watch, the piece that shows the day is written in French, which is odd considering I bought it off the Citizen’s US website. I thought this watch was going to be a sure thing for Christmas, but it fell short.
