I've had this watch for about a month. It was a Christmas gift to myself, and it's much more handsome in person than it is in the photos. I also like the placement of the day function. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with both its appearance and its functionality.
I bought this today, (12/9/22) and I a not sorry !
Lol I don't know a lot about watches, but my fiance picked this one out and I bought it for him as an engagement gift. We call it his "cool guy watch" :)
Beautiful looking watch that looks even better once you have it on!
This is a wonderful watch. The positives include eco-drive and sapphire crystal. There is no comparable watch at this price range. There are many eco-drive watches from Seiko and Citizen, but very few have sapphire crystal. Though I liked the green strap with the ivory face, I have changed it to brown to make the watch look more dressy.
A great piece of citizen watches, I love it and the materials are very good
I'm very happy with this watch. It looks great and I love its simplicity. Decided to stick with Citizen because my other Eco-Drive lasted a good 10 years without needing any maintenance.
The new Corso is a very well designed watch. The separate day and date indicators are a great feature. I would make the day and date windows slightly larger but for the most part they are readable. Once adjusted, the hybrid leather and metal band fits well and should last a long time. The blue dial with the contrasting hands is easy to read.
I've been wanting a leather strap watch, and already own three other eco drive watches. I loved the look of this one instantly - the mixed metals with the brown leather, and a very neutral dial face! I've seen a lot of men (or women on behalf of men) leaving reviews, but I'm a woman and got this one for me! One of my watches, my most feminine and petite, has a butterfly clasp and I love it. I was pleasantly surprised to see although it's a leather strap, it's a hybrid with a butterfly clasp! It took a second to manage the strap into the other side through the leather holding straps initially since the leather is new and not bendy. I'm three notches from the tightest setting, and the butterfly clasp does sit slightly awkwardly at rest with the size of the watch face, but I prefer larger (men's) watches in general. It's not quite as bulky as my Nighthawk, and certainly not as thick. For an extremely old school classy watch, this is perfect. I could see someone in the 1920s at Harvard wearing something similar. Anyway, I loved it when I saw it online, and it definitely is just as gorgeous in person! For reference, I'm a 5'2" athletically built, curvy up top female, and I don't feel like it's too masculine for me at all. But definitely not girly either!
