The band was left unchanged at 6.75 inches instead of being sized to 7 inches as requested. It was too tight to wear. I returned the watch.
I won 7 Ecodrive watches but I'm disappointed in the dial of my Titanium Zenshin Three-hand. The dial looks very little like the photo in the advertisement.
This is a great looking watch and light weight. The only negative is the sapphire crystal is very reflective and it makes it hard to see the dial under certain lighting conditions. Doesn't look like the sapphire crystal has any anti-reflective coating on it (at least the description doesn't mention it)
Product looks and feels excellent, and bracelet sized very well. Features excellent, and blue face appealing. A thinner case would make the watch even better.
First Citizen watch and I’m very happy with it. So light you forget you’re wearing it. Good size and looks great. Did 4 stars since the metal shows finger prints and smudges easy. The bracket clasp also rattles a bit. Not perfect, but for the price it’s hard to beat. Pic is on 7” wrist
This watch is my second Citizen and is much lighter than my first one. I expected the weight of the watch to be about the same as my original that i have had for 15+ years. That in not a problem but a surprise. However, I am pleased with my new Citizen.
I am most impressed with the Zenshin 3 hand eco-drive watch; the blue face is very attractive with a tradition watch design, and the Titanium watch and band are very comfortable without being bulky or heavy. The metal watch band needed to have some links removed to fit my wrist, but there were no particular instructions provided as to how to remove and replace the pins connecting the links. Having removed links from other watch bands without any problems, I removed the ones in the Zenshin band, but when I inserted the pins back into the links, the pens continued to fall out with the watch falling off my wrist. I contacted Citizens repair and learned that there are collars which go with the pins to hold them in. I called Citizens for parts, and three links with pins inserted are being sent to me to take to my local jeweler for replacement. Trust these will work without issue.
I wanted a nice look watch that is suitable for everyday wear. The Eco-Drive technology and Titanium strength and appearance sold me on this model.

I like the titanium case and blue dial. I can wear it in the shower and water doesn't get wet inside. I used the sizing instructions and had the band adjusted by Citizen. The watch fit perfectly. I'm very please with this purchase.
