Great watch, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Watch looks great and came packaged fine. The downside to dealing with Citizen is their joke of customer service. After purchasing the watch, it took me to a blank page and no receipt. I waited 24 hours and didn't get any emails or a receipt from them as well. I emailed them on their form asking if my purchase had gone through since I did see the charge on my bank account but didn't get any confirmations via email. 36 hours after ordering, I received an email my watch had been shipped but still no response from customer service about a receipt. I emailed their form again. The day AFTER my watch arrived, I finally received a response their system doesn't allow them to generate a receipt and I would need to log into my account (I don't have one). A couple days later I received another email asking me to review their customer service. When I clicked on unsatisfied, it took me to an endless loop of verifying that I'm human on 2 different browsers. I STILL don't have a simple receipt for the order. I guess the moral of the story is to order at your own risk because you may not have any proof you ordered it directly from them. You are better off buying one from a local store or just buy a different, more reliable brand.
