Very dissatisfied

This is in reference to my previous review. I purchased this watch for a 5th anniversary. I called customer service to see if they would give me an exchange for one that the face is aligned properly. Unfortunately they do not provide what they show on their website. They refused to exchange it for one with a straight caseback, only that I could send it in and they would try to straighten it. I have purchased several citizen watches and this will be the last time. Very poor customer service from my point of view.

Somewhat disappointed

This watch itself is very beautiful and masculine. I bought it for an anniversary gift and was going to have it engraved. The back cover of the watch is not straight. The top that says citizen if facing 3 o’clock and it should be at 12 o’clock.

Love the look

The watch caught my eye with the two-tone bracelet. Very very classy look and the Eco drive is amazing. Great quality watch at an amazing price.

Stunning watch

Had my eye on this watch for a while and finally pulled the trigger. Love it. The sheen on the brown dial is absolutely gorgeous. The rose gold and steel bracelet also add to the high end look of it all. The day and date complications are just cherries on top of an already beautiful watch.

Love IT!

I have 3 eco-drive Citizen watches. This is my 3rd and I love it! I've had my first one for over 20 yrs and it still ticking! Just bought another one, will have 4 at that point!

Great Looking Watch

This is a great looking watch and very comfortable to wear. Waiting to see how the Eco Drive works out with charging and so on. I did purchase a charger for solar powered watches to charge it. Sunlight is the best way to charge it from what I’m reading, but it’s just not possible, where I live, to have it in the sun for the amount of time it would take to charge it so that is one of my concerns. I will try to upload a picture of the charger I purchased. It is a 40,000 lumen light charger that does not get hot.

My husband loves this great looking watch! It is so easy to clasp on and it looks so good. Thanks for a great watch--or I should say another great watch!!!
