Nice watch and excellent timekeeper

I've had the watch for about two months now and don't really have any complaints. The little cuffs that hold the end of the strap are a little difficult to move into place, but that's not a big deal. It has gained maybe 5 seconds since I first set it, so it keeps very good time. The hands don't jump out at you when look at it so you might need an extra half-second to see what time it is. It's very comfortable to wear, I don't notice it at all. It looks very nice: simple elegance with a sporty flair. It's the watch I prefer to wear if I'm just going out or going to work.

Repeat purchase

I bought this watch to replace the same model that was lost after 3 years. I have received many compliments over the years about the look or style of the watch. I wear the watch daily and consider it to have a more casual look.

This Watch Might Be Bullet Proof

I have this watch and works great, keeps good time, lightweight, and the Eco-Drive is awesome. What truly sets this watch apart is the durability. I had it fall off my wrist while working in cold water in Northern NY, I didn't notice that it came off for some time, so when I realized it, I chalked the watch up as lost. I found it this summer sitting on the bottom of the lake. It spent approximately 8 months on the bottom of the lake, over the winter in which the lake freezes solid, and still was keeping perfect time when I pulled it out. Nice Watch, Poor Band

I've loved the watch but the band broke within the first year. Cost to replace it - $65.00! Not pleased.

Broke in less than a year

I bought this watch for my boyfriend less than a year ago and he wore it normally. The band snapped in half randomly while he was wearing it one day and is now unwearable. When I reached out to customer service to get it repaired I was told the 5 year warranty would not cover it and there was nothing they could do. For such an expensive watch you would think that the company would cover a replacement of the band rather than fight over language in the warranty.

I wear mine every single day and my wrist feels incomplete without it. It's incredibly accurate and I can tell the time easily even in a fully darkened room. My grandfather first introduced me to the exquisite style of Citizen when I was young and I knew then that I would forever be a Citizen customer. Truly, this watch is an absolute masterpiece!
