I have had this watch for 2 years and had not issue. I do need a replacement band only because my new pup chewed it up. I have not been able to find one so if you could help that would be great. Thanks

I've owned this watch for three years and have only had one issue... I broke the pin in the band. I ordered a new one and it was super difficult to get reinstalled and I should have taken it to a shop. I have zero complaints and I beat on this watch, work, camping, boating, fishing, Beach etc...I have abused it and it still looks good and works perfectly.
Great looking watch. Came with a story and Great Customer Service. Needed a dress watch for jazz combo performance (drums) in tux. Ordered late didn't make it. Knew it wouldn't but hopes are good. Anyway arrived in great condition 2 day delivery just a work of art. Simple and rich at the same time. Classic. An nice addition to growing collection of pocket and wrist. Open, remove, admire, take out insert card for short setting insert. Yep... Nope... sorta.... it contained a Bulova insert in Citizen watch case? Scan card and straight to Bulova setting instructions. Emailed Citizen and customer service jumped on it! After I explained that I don't want to return watch....I love it. I just would like the insert.... 50 cent stamp snail mail. Happy camper. Nope, express to the house. Very rare to get extra! Great timepiece and top shelf customer service. Every watch has a story but few come with a start up story from Watchmaker to owner, then passed on.
