Stops working / terrible customer service

I’ve had 2 in 10 months. Customer service gave me a standard reply about keeping it charged ( advertised 6 months complete darkness). I wear it daily in the sun. They just stop working. They’ve never been hit, dropped or submersed in water. Some reviews are not always accurate.
