Love the watch “But”

Received this watch for Xmas 2020, spend more time getting Fixed than on my arm, stem keeps coming out, now lost it back in again. I love the watch, will I ever get a chance to keep it for myself.

Very beautiful design with low functionality.

This is not my first Citizen watch. Their Eco-Drive watches keep perfect time and do not break. This watch is a disappointment because the hour, minute, second hands and face markers all are NOT luminescent. Thus, this watch is very difficult to read. Also, the second hand does not sweep. You can only get it to sweep for 1 hour by manually setting the timer button on the side of the case. If I could have my money refunded, I would. I am constantly timing things with my watch and this one is not able to perform without an extra step.

This watch is BRIGHT silver.

I bought this watch online a few weeks ago. Because it is called "titanium" and is shown in the pictures to be darker than other Citizen's other watches (which I own several of), I believed it was a slightly darker, light gray color. This is not the case. It is bright silver and should be shown as such. I returned it.
