Happy, but...

I was happy to be able to buy my new Citizen directly from the company (online). It gave me peace of mind to know I was getting authentic Citizen quality as I have been a customer for years. However, the tip of the band - the part that loops through buckles - appears to be a bit frayed and I am concerned it will look shabby soon. Not sure if this is a defect or to be expected. Additionally, the band I selected is a bit darker than the one I viewed online. Regarding the watch, it’s True Citizen awesomeness - just some concerns about band.

Excellent Watch

This is my third ecodrive, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with all 3. I own about 12 watches and the ecodrive is preferred due to reliability and never a need for service. This watch is lightweight and comfortable as an every day watch, yet classy enough to wear to special occasions. I’ve read other reviews and the one complaint I’ve seen is about the tip of the band. No problems here. Excellent watch that I highly recommend.

Wanted to love it....but

I could never get the power reserve to achieve 100%. The max was about 2/3 and didn’t think that was a good sign.

Comfortable

I've had this watch at least a month, and it's been fantastic. This is my only watch so I can't compare it to anything, but it's comfortable never loses charge and looks great. I was concerned about the strap when i saw some previous reviews but I've never had a problem. Fantastic watch, I'm very satisfied.
