This watch [movement B877] has a serious and consistent problem. The GMT function does not operate properly. I have communicated this fact to Citizen multiple times. It is hard for me to believe that they have not been aware of this. I am not the first to report this. The GMT hour hand does not move in conjunction (on a consistent basis) with the hour and minute hands. This watch [movement] has a strange setting procedure. You first set the GMT hour hand and then you correct the regular hour hand. The movement is not smooth. It is chunky and glitchy. I purchased and returned three of these watches. And I am also sad to report that one of the watches, although new in the box, had been manufactured almost 4 years ago. My experience with Citizen up to this point has been perfect. Although disappointing, and extremely time-consuming, I consider this an anomaly. I cannot, however, recommend this watch in any of its colors or styles. Choose another.
This is a great watch, but the GMT doesn't function properly. Ive notified citizen, but no response. I set it for 5 hours ahead, which is GMT time for east coast. It doesn't move accordingly. It lags behind and the next day its 6 hours behind. I do like the link adjust on the clasp for wetsuits. The bezel is plastic, sort of disappointing. Its a good watch if it actually worked.
Citizen Response

So far so good. Looks decent and it’s just different enough to stand out.
