So, I bought this watch about 4 months ago from the website and wanted to wait to do the review. Except for having to watch the videos to set the watch up, I'm very happy with the Brycen. Easy to read, light weight, and very durable, it's definitely one of my favorite watches. It will be spending more time on my wrist than in my watch case.
Six months ago I splurged and bought this watch. I had been looking for a watch that did not require batteries, titanium case and band, and had an excellent movement that kept accurate time. Let me tell you, this watch does that and more. My only complaint is that it is a little more complicated to get everything set up the first time...but there are several YouTubers out there that explain it perfectly. My wife says I have a problem...this was watch 18 in my collection and my third Citizen. Time keeping I would easily put it in the same category as any of my much more expensive watches, and durability is only second to my Bremont, that is a military grade timepiece.
this is my second Citizen Eco Drive perpectular calander, first one about 17 yrs ago and still runs wonderfully. purchased this one on the island of St Thomas in Dec 2022 after a few days the hour hand stopped moving for some reason. Sent the watch to Citizen in California, and a couple wks later recieved it back. works wonderfully thank you Citizen. will buy again.
My new EDC and favorite watch. It's comfortable, looks good and keeps excellent time.
I really like this watch. Very light due to the titanium construction and low profile. Large numbers make it easy to read.
This is my first decent watch & I'm glad I chose it because it's the perfect amount of style mixed with function, which makes it a nice all rounder for me. I've always been interested in titanium so having a watch made out of it is really cool too.
I brought this I watch a few days ago, and I am very satisfied with this watch. It fills all my needs. R. M. Purrinson
This is a great watch and very lightweight. Probably won't use all the features but it is nice and feels nice on my wrist. I notice Citizen doesn't include paper instructions. Not sure how I feel about it.
I have been a Citizen watch user for decades, including the dive watch to depths greater than 100 feet. All functioned well, but suffered from defective watchband pins. Also the instructions for resetting were complicated. This watch seems to be "set it and forget it" with a simple setting mechanism and perpetual calendar. Being solar powered, it needs no maintenance. Pending the watchband separating, I would rate this as one of the best watches I have owned
This was a new addition to my Citizen watch family. I have a similar watch from the discontinued Courageous lineage. This combines two of those watches with the function from one and the color of the other with the added twist of being lighter watch due to it being not stainless steel but titanium. However this is a trade off, as this watch is only certified to 10Bar (333 feet) compared to my other watches 20Bar (666) or 30Bar (999 Feet). However that was not a sticking point to me as the function was the aim with a slight different look. It was relatively easy for me to set since I already have a watch with the E820 movement so I was already versed on how to set the watch. I am looking forward to years with this watch like the others I have.
