I got this watch about 1.5 years ago and I'm very pleased with it. I wear it 3 or 4 days out of the week, rotate it with another daily Great movement, accurate, easy to read, stylish and durable. I wear it to work sometimes and I use my hands a lot for my work. Holds up great all day. Get the right strap and it could be a good beater! My gripe is the lume (weak) date (small and have to squint to read it) and the manufacturers strap was too thick. For you thick wrist men, you may not like it. I thick a thinner strap. All in all, a great watch!

Really nice watch, and nice-looking. Fits well even on a fairly slim wrist. I was surprised that only the hands glow; the hour marks do not. Also, the second hand does not line up with the marks on the watch face. This is a minor gripe, but I expected better -- my cheap old Timex hits the marks precisely and I would have expected the same from Citizen.
Excellent watch and value
I own a Corso eco-drive, but I like the Garrison watch series, and so I'm asking you Citizen, to please build the Garrison with a 40mm case...
The band is not flexible and the dial does not glow in the dark. Instead about 1/8 of the face glows but not to tell time. No I would not buy it again!
The Garrison Watch is exactly what I was looking for. It meets all my expectations for a casual/dress watch. My other Citizen watch is a diver watch. I especially like the Eco-Drive movement.
The watch just arrived a couple of days ago. It is beautiful! It is the perfect size for my husband's wrist. I love the way the blue watch face and the leather strap go together. This is a very simple analog design, and it is perfect. I hope the Citizen brand holds up to its reputation.
Bought this on sale. NOTE: Dial numbers or markers are NOT luminous at night, only the hands. Had I known this I would NOT have bought it. I need a very good luminous watch for night work (ferry captain) Otherwise it's an OK watch.
I love that the watch has the eco drive technology in it, it’s the main reason I purchased the watch. The numbers are very easy to read. However the numbers for the date is very tiny. Only the big and little hand glow in the dark so you can’t really get an accurate time. And my wrist is pretty small (it’s on the 4th hole) and the leather strap is very stiff and uncomfortable, hopefully it softens up.
Gift from my father that I’ve worn every day for 2 years- hiking, manual labor, etc. and it barely has any scratches. Looks classy and made to last.
Great watch; my second Citizen purchase. My original purchase, from 12 years ago, still works great.
