Sleek but faulty

The overall look of the watch is very sleek looking. Perfect for dressing up or dressing down. The only thing, upon arrival, the clasp was faulty and wouldn’t clasp tightly. For the price of the watch I expected the best quality and did not expect having to tighten the clasp myself in order to wear the watch.

Great Watch!

This is a great watch! I've worn it everyday since I got it. The watch band is very comfortable. The sizing wasnt quite right when I received it but the clasp on this is very easy to adjust.

Nice watch with a catch

Watch arrived quickly and hasn’t been problematic since it arrived. Nice look, but no instructions on how to adjust the watch band to adjust to a better fit for your wrist size. Didn’t find anything online regarding it either, so I deducted a star. Other than that, nice watch

Beautiful watch. Had trouble setting date pulling the stem, it didn't seem to want to connect. Ended up using the time set function and rotating past Midnight multiple times to set date. Very elegant and stylish, looks good for either casual, or dress.

Beautiful watch

Beautiful watch, I love the way this watch looks and feels. It is very elegant. I bought it as an everyday watch to replace an older Citizen watch that I got water into, and it stopped working, but this one is almost too nice for that, and I may to get the older one repaired (again - for some reason, I keep destroying crystals). Anyway, this one is a keeper.

Watch didn’t work for me

bought this for my husband for christmas, the watch had to be “charged” since it is an eco watch. we charged it for over a day, and it still skips time. contacted customer service and they told us to do the same as what we had already been doing.

Good watch not easy to read in dark environments

Watch looks great, feel was good just unable to read time in dark environments. I returned the watch because I couldn’t read the time in darkness, needs luminous hands and hour points.
