Excellent Choice

Bought this watch for my husband on Valentines Day 2024. He loves it. he loves the band on the watch, which is a mesh material that is super sharp. The crystal face is very bright and shiny . It is easy to see the dial on the face. It can be worn up or down dressy or casual. It is a beautiful collection to his list of watches.

Cool watch

Very nice watch in black finish, sporty yet formal at the same time. The band is also black mesh in a metal finish. The timepiece exudes quality.

Daytime use only

Great looking, fits perfectly, and is a great watch for daytime use only because it does not have reflective hands and is impossible to read at night unless you are near a light source. Nevertheless, the eco-drive works as promised without worry.

DISAPPOINTED

I purchased this watch as a gift for my husband. He loved the way it looked and fit, & he was excited to wear it when swimming in the pool and ocean along the Jersey Sore. The first 3 times he wore it, all was well. Then, as we began to swim together a few days ago, he noticed that his watch had fallen off. We searched and search but never found it. There is no safety catch. Therefore, it must have gotten unhooked somehow and then just floated down and away. We called Citizen immediately and expressed disappointment that a sports watch—meant to be warn for water activities, etc—had no safety latch. We assumed that the clasp must be tested and tested to insure its strength. Clearly, that was not likely. We would not recommend this watch unless a safety clasp is added in the future. We hope that Citizen will reimburse us or give us full credit towards the purchase of another sport watch. I own 3 Citizen eco-drive watches, and recently purchased another one a couple of weeks ago. My husband has one eco-drive, & I had purchased the sport watch for him 3 weeks ago… The watch didn’t “make it” for long.

I bought this watch and I LOVE its much but I don't like the name I'm calling it Black Brier. Sport doesn't do it justice

He loved it for Father's day!

Looks great! He absolutely loves it! Says it doesn't pinch and even though it's adjustable came perfectly sized. Says the band is the coolest part. He has two other citizen watches and likes this one the best by far.

Good watch not easy to read in dark environments

Watch looks great, feel was good just unable to read time in dark environments. I returned the watch because I couldn’t read the time in darkness, needs luminous hands and hour points.
