Have had this since 2016, it’s now 2023 still works perfect, and looks amazing.
I bought this watch for my husband's birthday only one year ago. It stopped keeping time and would lose time almost daily no matter how much he wore it or didn't wear it or let it recharge. He had the battery replaced and it didn't help. He sent it in to Citizen 2 times and nothing was fixed and he was talked down to by the customer service Rep when he called. He has worn Citizen watches for over half of his life but will be looking into new brands from now on.
First new watch in a while and this doesn't disappoint. Its clean, simple look is what I like the most. Already have been getting compliments on it. The eco-drive technology is also a great feature.
