Doesn't work

I bought this watch for my husband's birthday only one year ago. It stopped keeping time and would lose time almost daily no matter how much he wore it or didn't wear it or let it recharge. He had the battery replaced and it didn't help. He sent it in to Citizen 2 times and nothing was fixed and he was talked down to by the customer service Rep when he called. He has worn Citizen watches for over half of his life but will be looking into new brands from now on.

Great looks and feel.

I bought this watch before Christmas and was very happy with the looks and feels of it. I soon discovered that it does not keep good time (running slow). I am out of the country right now and when I return I will try to get it fixed. I asked a man who fixes watches which brand to buy and he recommended Citizen. So I was disappointed when it didn't keep good time right out of the box.

Nice looking, durable watch.

I recently purchased this watch and I’m very pleased with it except for one feature. The date setting is so small it’s almost unreadable! Really needs to be significantly increased in size!

Great Watch for a Great Price

Owned mine now for a little over 2 months and this watch has held up immensely well. I work outdoors and most of the time I am unaware of where my arms are swinging so this thing has seen some trauma. Watch has suffered extremely minimal scratching but this is normal for titanium and 9 times out of 10 the longer you wear titanium the more the scratches will eventually hide themselves. Sapphire crystal has taken a few hits and it's not even scratched. Never had any issues with power supply and the display is clear and easy to read. My only downside to this watch and the whole reason its a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that you cannot change the watch band. The watch is beautiful, but not customization so take that as you will.
