I crashed a motorcycle at 110mph into a gaurdrail with this watch on. The sapphire cracked in half, but the watch and I survived.
Unfortunate I got it for my ex boyfriend one week before he cheated. But anyways i loved the watched.
I liked the looks very much but I found the watch a little on the heavy side for my liking. I just returned it and hope to purchase the Paradigm model since it's quite a bit lighter.
I'm extremely happy with the band, the width of the band, the face of the watch is nearly perfect (according to my subjective superiority). The shade of deep blue with a hint of grey (not navy) is perhaps the best shade of blue I have ever seen on a watch, the 41 mm looks manly, yet dressy. I'm also partial to all stick hour markers, and the size, length, and width of the markers to the size of the face are proportionally perfect. The watch looks great with a t shirt thru suit. 6 stars on this watch for beauty. While I've never liked a watch in this price range better, there is room for slight improvement. If the date window were moved slightly to the right I don't believe the aesthetic would be compromised. This would allow the date window to be slightly larger and more readable. Citizen's lum for night needs to catch up with seikos. Would buy another in a heartbeat if these tweaks we're made.
