I'm extremely happy with the band, the width of the band, the face of the watch is nearly perfect (according to my subjective superiority). The shade of deep blue with a hint of grey (not navy) is perhaps the best shade of blue I have ever seen on a watch, the 41 mm looks manly, yet dressy. I'm also partial to all stick hour markers, and the size, length, and width of the markers to the size of the face are proportionally perfect. The watch looks great with a t shirt thru suit. 6 stars on this watch for beauty. While I've never liked a watch in this price range better, there is room for slight improvement. If the date window were moved slightly to the right I don't believe the aesthetic would be compromised. This would allow the date window to be slightly larger and more readable. Citizen's lum for night needs to catch up with seikos. Would buy another in a heartbeat if these tweaks we're made.

This watch was my starter watch to use for multiple different occasions. The Eco-Drive is fantastic and a sapphire crystal at this value is magnificent. Another brilliant feature is the incredible durability that this watch provides. I have worn it to my job bussing tables multiple times where it gets banged up easily (not recommended lol) yet the watch stays in great shape. The sizing is perfect and the fit is comfortable overall. I wish the clasp was a bit stronger but it is fine and will work. Can’t go wrong.
