Excellent Customer Service and a Great Watch

I recently purchased a Citizen watch and had a small issue where my order confirmation didn’t come through. I reached out to customer support, and they responded in about 10–15 minutes with all the information I needed. They confirmed my order, provided the details, and were extremely helpful and professional. The watch shipped quickly, and even with a weather delay from UPS, it still arrived in great condition. The quality of the watch is outstanding — the design, the finish, and the overall feel exceeded my expectations. This was my first Citizen purchase, and the experience has made me confident in choosing the brand again

Great Watch!

I bought the women's Corso for myself, and the men's Corso for my fiance'. We are liking the Eco-drive so far. Both watches are beautiful, and a good value for the money. I look forward to not having to buy and have a new battery put in every year.

Best Affordable Watch

By far my favorite and nicest affordable watch. It’s classy, lightweight and comfortable. The dual tone really makes this watch pop! If you want a watch that looks great and can be worn daily, this watch is for you.

Terrific watch

I bought this Corso watch to replace an older Citizen eco model that I had for over 20 years, simply because the old one suffered understandable wear & tear over that time. The new one is beautiful and I love that it needs no battery replacement and runs on light energy. My only complaint is that I missed getting the bracelet band adjusted for size during the purchase process. I wish Citizen's website had called out that sizing opportunity better as I was buying the watch.
