Nothing but good things to say about this watch. The quality for the price is really surprising. Super easy to set. The hands glow in the dark which is another plus. Watch arrived in 2 days, even though I live in Hawaii. I’ve gotten multiple compliments and just love wearing it. If you’re thinking about buying it just do it.

Ordered a custom watch for my husband and it definitely wasn’t big enough when it came in. I was disappointed to find that they didn’t send extra links just in case it was wrong. I contacted the company multiple times and received what seemed like automated messages with no solution. I am still waiting to hear from someone about extra links. The watch is beautiful though… it’s too bad customer service isn’t more prompt/personal.
