I love my watch! It looks very similar in person to how it looked in the virtual try-on, so I was pleased with the accuracy there. If I had one issue, it was that I got my watch sized and it ended up a couple links smaller than it needed to be. This totally could have been user error on my part, but it did seem like my true size was actually another half inch larger than what I measured using the pdf sizing guide. This is a minor issue, though! The watch came with the extra links so I just put them back in and now my watch is perfect! Would definitely buy another watch from this company.
My previous Citizen lasted 20 years before the battery gave up. This watch is a replacement. Very nice.

I like the watch granted the sizing sheet is off … too small… and so far perfect for surface swimming.
This is a replacement for my 10+ yr old Corso gold/silver band. It's still working but the face and band are a bit worn. The new watch looks great and is a little larger than the original. My original was a day/date model but that version did not appear to be available. This will be my third Citizen Eco-Drive watch.
Our son picked this out as his HS graduation gift and was even more impressed when he put it on. Truly a remarkable watch!
Love this watch, holds time excellent and looks stunning on my wrist, has a decent amount of weight and the gold is a real eye catcher
Loved the watch but the wrist band was too small even though we used the measure tool on site.
