Nice Watch but not perfect

Nice watch received lots great compliments on the looks of a simple old fashion watch but starts acting lose charge at his first 60 days 'return it for a exchange macys make it more difficult for me to send the watch out for repair and not make a exchange on it ,now. I have a lemon on my hands with six years of warranties from purchasing date

no longer works

Beautiful Watch, BUT. Bought this watch in DEC 2015. Required new battery in May 2017. It stopped working in FEB 2018 and local watch repair says it requires $150 to repair circuitry. Not impressed with longevity.

Sizing guide online

The watch is perfect but the sizing guide we printed from the website is not very accurate (for us at least). The watch band is so much longer than what we measured. We can easily take it to a jeweler to have some links taken out, just wish it was ready to wear when we got it.

Learning curve

I have one other Citizen Eco-Drive watch, had it for years. But I don't remember having to go through such a process as I did with this new watch. It kept losing time until finally, I left it in the kitchen window for a couple of days and seems to be keeping time better. It would be nice to put this tip in a conspicuous place when you open the box to let someone know that Eco-Drive watches require some special attention when you first get them.

So far so good after a 30 minute swim!

I like the watch granted the sizing sheet is off … too small… and so far perfect for surface swimming.

This was a gift for my Father and he has not taken it off since he got it close to a month ago.

Loved the watch but the wrist band was too small even though we used the measure tool on site.

Beautiful watch

Watch is beautiful, band size did not match my order when I received it and I had to bring it in I be resized. I thought this model had an annual calendar. If so it was set incorrectly, if not I will need to august the date each month.

Stands out. Not for someone wanting a conservative look. Works just fine. Am pleased with watch and price.
