Nice watch...no warranty.

Within a couple of months of purchasing this watch, the crown pulled completely out of the watch. This happened when I tried to reset the date. I sent the watch in to get it repaired...assuming warranty would cover this. I just received a bill for $76.00 for repair of the watch. Over $200.00 for a watch that only lasted two months.

Lasted 2 days

Watch lasted 2 days then the face warped from water after washing my hands. The date never worked and citizens response was to send me a copy of the instruction sheet(again) Probably won’t buy another citizen watch in my life.

Strap doesn’t fit because it is too short

I bought watch from you less than a month ago and the strap isn’t long enough.

Men with a larger wrist DON'T BUY

I bought this and finally received it a week later. I thought it was a great looking watch. Was really upsetting when I couldn't get this on my wrist without the pins flexing to their max without breaking. I might as well give this watch to my wife. IT MIGHT FIT HER!!
