Great simplicity

I just received this watch today. I love the styling and simplicity. I will wear watch as my work watch and keep my other Citizen watch for dress occasion. If this one gets scratched I will still be upset but not as much as if my dress watch gets scratched.

Ready for work

My girlfriend bought me this watch for Christmas several years ago. I think she was tired of me wearing another Citizen that my ex had gotten me for our son’s first Christmas lol. I am a welder by trade and do most of our vehicle maintenance and repairs myself as well as handyman duties for ourselves and several family members. When I say I’m hard on something like a wristwatch I’m putting in mildly at best. This watch especially has given me no problems whatsoever, if you work for a living and need a tough reliable timepiece this is the one for you. Best on the market for the price.

Basic Military Style Watch at a great price

I purchased one of these watches at a military exchange at least 16 years ago in 2006 . It fits great and keeps time like a champ. It was my first Citizen's Eco-Drive. I was skeptical at first; however, I have been very impressed with this watch. The only issue is that the first band wore out after 5 years. Obviously, I bought a new band and another Eco-Drive model; and, I am keeping my Garrison model because it has been so dependable and comfortable. If you're looking for a good military style watch that does not cost a fortune, then this model is the watch for you. Oh yeah, it does not get in the way of long sleeve shirts.

What a life this watch has lived!

This watch has been amazing. I bought it for a deployment to Afghanistan because I hated batteries going out before coming home. It's been going for 11 years beyond. Best part of its life is that while swimming in lake In Texas my dog pawed at me and broke band and watch disappeared in about 7 feet of water. 6 months of drought later walking with my wife and she says, "found your watch!" One hour off from time change and band pretty gnarly but time was on the minute. Today it stops from time to time and I'm told the capacitor (rechargeable battery?) might need replacement. I think if I could pick one watch on a survival show this would be it.
