Counted on getting a quality watch; didn't happen.

I ordered this particular timepiece believing that I would receive an item of exceptional quality, as I have worn Citizen watches in the past. Unfortunately, I'm forced to express regret over this purchase. Firstly, the lower leather strap is loose, as if it might snap off the chronograph. And second, the watch just doesn't keep accurate time. Need to try to return it.

A Satisfied Purchase

I have not worn a watch for at least 15 years. Decided to purchase this watch and was definitely pleased with the purchase. Nice easy to read face and the second hand matches up precisely with the marks. The leather band was comfortable out of the box and after just a couple weeks of wear it has softened up nicely! Only negative for me is the date display is rather small. Sure my eyesight isn’t the best but I do feel the display could be a bit larger.

Chandler watch is sharp!

I like the watch. I trust Citizen brand, and expect to get good use out of this watch.
