The calendar is not horizontal in the 2nd day of wear
Exactly what I was looking for. High quality, simple, beautiful timepiece. Goes well with casual attire. The saddle brown strap is very comfortable and will continue to form to my wrist. I’ve already gotten several compliments on it. This is a sharp watch and I really enjoy the durability and lightness of the titanium casing.
Love the simple style, the large numbers, the day and date, and the green face with the leather strap. Perfect for my outside-loving guy.
There are a few versions of this, including blue dial/blue strap, blue dial/brown strap, black dial/black strap, and green dial/tan strap (I believe the primary US version). All versions are fantastic with the base titanium case. Although the crown can pop out easier than other push/pull crowns, this is still undoubtedly one of the best values of the millions of watches on the marketplace.
Great watch. Lightweight titanium. Keeps great time. Strap very comfortable. A real grab and go watch.
Watch is all around good product. Like the fact easy reading dials at night.
The Garrison has a very classic look, it’s easy to read and fits comfortably on my wrist. It represents the watch I grew up with. There are no bells and whistles on this watch and that was the intent of the design. I’m only a bit disappointed in the fact that, it doesn’t have luminous styles that make night reading easier. The quality of the leather strap seems a bit less than it should be.
The Garrison is an excellent watch, and I would buy it again. I gave it 4 stars because the day/date window is too small and the watch itself is too large for me. I prefer a watch which is 36-39 mm in size. I like the titanium case and leather band. I like the green dial and its light charging system for the battery. I wear it most days.
First citizen watch but won’t be the last. So happy with it.
The right watch for any (all) occasions. I like the size, legibility, simplicity, ruggedness, and reliability. It's an Eco Drive which isn't the same as saying it's a "solar-powered" watch. Read up on Eco Drive technology perfected over decades by Citizen.
